I couldn't get my hood open to check oil and fill washer fluid. I came in at appointed time and it was a quick fix. He pushed down on the hood, opened in, adjusted the cable and tried it a few times. It was fixed. No charge! This was unexpected and very much appreciated. Thank you very much
